Design Requirements

To ensure the best results and fastest turnaround, please provide your files in a Vector format (.SVG, .AI, .DXF, or .PDF). Please use the following color-coding in your design file so our software recognizes your intent:

Line Color Action Result
Black Cutting The laser will cut completely through the material.
Red Engraving The laser will etch/fill the surface for logos, text, or images.
Blue Scoring The laser will follow a single line at low power to create an outline.

  • Stroke Weight: Please set all cut and score lines to 2 pt (or "Hairline") to ensure the laser follows the path correctly.

  • Fonts: Ensure all text is "Converted to Outlines" or "Expanded" so we don't run into missing font issues.

  • Images: For photo engraving, please provide high-resolution (300 DPI) grayscale images.
